Fees

AMP may receive a referral, introducer, sourcing or success-based fee in connection with an opportunity. The applicable commercial terms, where any, are agreed case by case.

Equipment descriptions, specifications, photographs, documents and other information may originate from sellers, owners, auctioneers, machinery dealers or public materials. AMP does not warrant that this information is complete, current or error-free.

Prospective buyers and their advisers must independently verify all relevant matters, including:

• condition, specification, serial number, age and operating hours;
• title, ownership, liens and authority to sell;
• availability, location, pricing and transaction terms;
• safety, regulatory and technical compliance;
• inspection, dismantling, removal and site requirements;
• taxes, transport, insurance, duties and import or export restrictions.

Professional advice and inspections

AMP does not provide engineering inspections, legal advice, tax advice, financing advice or customs advice. Parties should obtain their own qualified professional advice and carry out suitable due diligence before entering into a transaction.

Transactions and completion

AMP does not guarantee that an introduction, negotiation or proposed transaction will proceed or complete. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the final sale or purchase contract is made directly between the actual buyer and seller, who remain responsible for their respective obligations and decisions.
